Project involves in developing forms by using VLAM files, which are coming from upstream Documerge. By using Documaker needs to add logs, fields and change the font as per client requirement and working on Designing FAPs and FOR files, redesign of Forms, DAL & XDD mappings, Input Xml, creating Fields in Forms, Unit testing.

Responsibilities:

• Worked in Manual Testing to compare the data both the Merge & Maker copies for created policies. If I found any observations and raised the defetcs and send to dev team for fixed the observations. Once observations fixed again we test the both Merge & Maker forms
• Collecting the list of VLAM files which need to be modified and which are in parallel development
• Analyzing each VLAM and getting the details which includes font type count, logo count etc. based on the section and forms
• Needs to run the font report and do the changes accordingly
• Correct the LOGO position as per requirements
• Check and Do the Variable mapping as per business
• Create FOR files based on DTN values of recipients
• Create and run the mockup xml for unit testing and fix the faps if required
• Converted those faps into pdfs and compared repository pdfs
• Implementing new changes using documaker studio and involves section with overflowing condition and rules
• Creating PDF by executing the DEFLIB components
• Promoting the final components from developing region to staging region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
• Process Owner for Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Act as the primary level of escalation, so notifying the participants in the process when standards and procedures are not being followed, resource planning Onboarding- off boarding on projects
• Measure and monitor progress at milestones and ensure delivery as per schedule.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the reports and risk & utilization dashboards for the unit and creating presentations on same for higher management.
• Working on different change meetings for approval of change records also coordinate with other process owner.
• Tracking weekly / monthly data and developing quality reports, shift & visual dashboard reports.
• Ensure that all process adhere to SLA and always work on continuous Service Improvement plans.
• Ensuring the standards and procedures are being followed and Responsible for evaluating the performance of the process.
