  • First engineering hire at mfg.parts, Frontend team lead
  • Architected critical aspects of the mfg.parts application, including: 3D Viewer:
  • Developed a cutting-edge 3D collaborative CAD-like feature. Constructed a React wrapper over the, Platform Services three.js viewer to allow for integration of custom React components and features. Designed a live commenting overlay, allowing for users to place comments at specific locations on a model for streamlined communications
  • Collaborative Live CAD Spin: Built real-time collaborative spaces over the 3D viewer. Users are able to join and synchronize within live sessions resulting in improved productivity and efficiency amongst teams
  • Implemented using PubSub creating an experience similar to Figma’s follow feature.
  • Live Chat: Established live chat functionalities across the mfg.parts platform
  • Gathered user feedback and conducted in-depth studies from over 110 users across more than 40 different companies to deliver MVP
  • Approached large complex tasks head-on, effectively navigating through ambiguity and constantly evolving objectives
  • Collaborated seamlessly with cross-functional teams ranging from designers, engineers, marketing and sales
  • Implemented a QA system using Storybook and Chromatic resulting in a 15% increase in the rate of deployed components
