Physical Activities

I enjoy all matter of sports. I work out 3 times per week to keep my body in shape and play basketball during the summer. Due to Covid-19, I have stopped playing basketball with the others, however, I have also found a new hobby, table tennis. I also do boxing once every two week with my personal trainer.

Extracurricular Activities

I like volunteer work that involves physical movements. To give an example, before Covid-19, our school would hold volunteer events during the winter season where both students and teachers would donate food and clothing. Then we would go downtown Toronto to donate it to the homeless. In the fall we would go volunteer in the food kitchens to help with preparation of foods and supply management.
