Every week, my team and I get together to figure out what the next event should be about and how to make it exciting for everyone. We think of fun activities to keep people interested and ways to get them talking to each other. Our goal isn't just to get people to come, but to make sure they have such a good time that they want to stay until the very end. We even come up with catchy names for the events to make them sound cool and inviting.
