• My duties included serving as a companion and socializing with clients, transporting clients to and from appointments, preparing meals, managing medication reminders, performing light housekeeping duties, providing hygiene assistance, following patient care plans, communicating with families and supervisors, assisting with transfer and mobility, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
