Development, construction and Rehabilitation of infrastructure and service plant in Sudair Industrial and Business City, projects as following:

- Design and Build of RO Expansion in Sudair Industrial and Business City, the goal of this project to upgrade the existing water treatment plant to provide the required treatment water for the customers in Sudair city.

- Pump Station for Treated Water for Sudair Industrial and Business City, the goal of this project for the new
pumping station to be constructed in Sudair (KSA) in order to support the distribution of Treated Sewage
Effluence water including irrigation water.
- Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Sudair Industry City connection road, The length of road 10 km and the scope
is development and handover to MOT.

• Project :Rehabilitation of western residential area infrastructure in the industrial city in Riyadh project.
• Scope/Description:
• The project is development of western residential area including: construction Road with length 7 km, develop main road with length 10 km, storm network length 48 km with pond, upgrading the existing utilities, park area 35,000 including (lighting, irrigation network, planting, and playground area: basketball, football, Gym).

• Project : Infrastructure for Phase3 of Riyadh Bus Project Khaled bin Al Walled Road.
• Scope/Description:
• The project is development of Khaled bin Al Walled Road about 8 KM of road including all Sidewalk paving, irrigation network and planting.

• The project is development landscaping for many roads and areas in Riyadh city (king Salman Road, Al- Munisia Roads,

The project is executing sewage network for 60 km in many areas in north of Riyadh including (Excavation, piping, Manholes, house connections, backfilling, and asphalting).

Project :Flood Risk Prevention for many of Eastern Riyadh.

Scope/Description:
The project is executing Storm network with 55 km including (piping ( 300 mm to 1500 mm), Channels, Box Culvert , Catch basins, backfilling and asphalting).
