  • Performed need analysis to identify divergence between J.'s business objectives and Microsoft Dynamics 365 software solution implemented.
  • Applied problem-solving skills to identify challenges and opportunities associated with implementing an ERP system in cross-channel inventory management within the omni-channel retailing landscape.
  • Conducted comprehensive primary and secondary research using global case studies (Levi Strauss & Co, Uniqlo, Tommy Hilfiger and PKS Fashion Outlet), interviews (Retailers, Functional Consultants at Confiz and Employees at J.) and surveys (Customers) to gather data for the project. These findings were synthesized into detailed and professionally written reports.
  • Executed a thorough competitor analysis comparing J.'s website presence with its competitors, highlighting a promising bounce rate of 34.6% and pages per visit 7.30.
  • Derived consumer insights from surveys, revealing that 74.1% of J.'s customers are knowledgeable about omni-channel purchasing and showed a strong preference (59.8%) for online orders with in-store pickup, leading me to suggest adopting the 'Buy Online-Pickup In Store' model.
  • Conducted interviews with Confiz's functional team and J.'s management to create word maps that captured their frequent comments. With these findings, proposed the integration of a NPS system for client feedback.
  • Contributed to increased customer satisfaction by recommending the integration of a chat bot support system on J.'s website, considering that 62% of customers expressed a preference for using chatbots rather than speaking with live agents.
