Although some of my customer support experience is in my family, I have always been told I am incredibly friendly and have always noticed repeat customers. I greet customers by name when able, and I give customers my best service possible every day. I can handle being badgered by a rude customer with a smile and work hard to resolve conflict in a timely and effective manner that satisfies the customer and the company equally when applicable.
