Responsibilities include:

• Re-balancing portfolios via bulk trading and allocation - work with portfolio managers to build and maintain models, in accordance with individual client risk profiles, objectives, and preferences
• Administration: account opening, delivery of all requests from advisors and clients, preparation of tax documents/reports generation, execution of all transactions (wires, transfers, contributions, etc.), develop client relationships, account maintenance
• Preparing and presenting client reviews, consultations, and financial plans - work with wealth management specialists to ensure all client needs are met.
• Trading CDN/US equities, mutual funds, fixed income, new issues/IPOs.

• Responsible for the creation of all branding/marketing material and initiatives including: custom marketing plan for each advisory team, website revamping, weekly blog, team introduction sheets, local sponsorship, events, educational seminars, promotional videos, photography, and more.
• Collected and utilized RBC data to identify opportunities and increase AUM

• Produced high-quality videos for various projects, including events, concerts, charity initiatives, websites, and promotional content
• Captured and edited video footage using industry-standard editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere and After Effects, applying color correction, audio enhancements, and visual effects as necessary.
• Worked closely with clients to understand their video requirements, provided creative input and delivered videos that exceeded expectations.
