I have had the privilege of working with numerous teams throughout my career at Walmart, with each one providing me with the learning experiences necessary to grow my talent and tool box. I have managed 4 locations since 2014 in succession in Kitchener/Waterloo and Guelph.

I continue to strive for excellence in my current role as I help lead my team with professional services, moments of care and digital health. I also support my district with the promotion of specialty pharmacy; fielding questions regarding the sourcing of specialty medications and payment plan options.

I have a strong understanding of business plans and metrics; as well as the ability to deliver on these results. I am a strong believer in the importance of asking questions to further your understanding of processes that affect your business in our ever evolving practice.

Above all, patient care is my number one priority and ensuring my team has created lasting impressions with empathy, understanding and trust.
