-Managing clinic patient flow by monitoring the daily schedule, ensuring patients are checked in, confirming patient eligibility, submitting insurance claims and answering patient phone calls or email.
-Effectively ensuring that invoices, patient recalls, and pre-appointments are completed .
-Following up with patients to ensure they have necessary information.
-Ability to use all the machines in the clinic including visual field, optical coherence tomography, optomap, lipiscan, autorefractor, tonometry and phoropter.
-Pretested children, adults and seniors including special testing; dilation, emergency exams, and etc.
-One on one contact lens training with patients.
-Proficient and comfortable with VE.
