My return to Falkbuilt has involved growing the company's new Operable Wall program. We use the proprietary design from an Operable Wall manufacturer in Portugal. This company provide us with final shop drawings and they manufacture the loose parts before we complete full assembly of the Operable Wall panels in Calgary.

• Work with Falkbuilt Branches, Architects, Designers, and Customers to communicate our Operable Wall Solutions
• Work with the Training and Marketing teams to maintain the Operable Wall technical and marketing documents
• Oversee production processes and schedules
• Review final project shop drawings before production
• Maintain material inventory
• Falkbuilt's main contact with our Operable Wall source vendor in Portugal
• Advise branches on Operable Wall installs, troubleshooting and maintenance

Eton-West is a General Contractor with commercial projects throughout Alberta

• Managed project documents such as change orders, RFI’s, and schedule updates
• Attend routine project site visits
• Prepared purchase orders and subcontract agreements with owners and subcontractors
• Created project safety and logistic plans
• Assist the Project Manager with with preparing budgets and estimates for tenders

Unified Engineering is a steel contractor who provides services in installation, engineering and design. Projects range from new-build steel structures to miscellaneous steel products for commercial renovations

• Review Steel Assembly Drawings and 3D Design on Trimble Tekla prior to preparing drawing packages for the fabrication shop
• Coordinate preliminary steel member purchases for new projects
• Organize the procurement for special buyout items such as steel grating, decking and aluminum
• Transitioned the company onto Monday.com in order to track project design stages, fabrication shop status, and install field requirements
• Coordinate material deliveries and provide scheduling support for thr Project Managers
• Record and update the company’s material inventory

Falkbuilt’s Digital Component Construction utilizes Autodesk programs to plan, design and manufacture their prefabricated commercial & healthcare interior wall systems

• Utilize Autodesk Inventor to take 2D construction designs to a 3D visual; using these 3D models for Bill of Materials output and a final design check for the client
• Troubleshoot the production output of new designs from the Product Development Team
• Coordinate the 3D modelling, programming and production start dates for projects
• Consistent communication and collaboration with Project Managers, Production Floor Foreman, Product Development, Inventor Automation Team and QA/QC coordinators
• Train new Autodesk Inventor Users on standard software processes and file management
• Prepare custom CAD drawings for the manufacturing floor and vendor purchased materials
• Data entry into the company’s PM software for the project workflow
