Director of COB (Continuous Open Bidding) • 2024–2025

• Led outreach and communication with potential new members; supported recruitment of 25+ new members.
• Planned and executed recruitment events in collaboration with the Executive Council.
• Strengthened chapter visibility and maintained positive relationships with PNMs throughout the COB process.

Director of Chapter Housing • 2025–2026

• Oversee day-to-day management of the chapter facility to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with officers to ensure post-event cleanup and uphold shared-space expectations.
• Serve as the primary contact for house members regarding maintenance issues, reimbursements, and general facility concerns.
• Report and track maintenance needs to ensure timely repairs and safe living conditions.
• Educate members on financial processes related to housing operations; enforce house rules and policies.
• Support budgeting and expense planning during the summer to prepare for the academic year.
• Manage financial tasks via BillHighway, including creating and sending payments (e.g., London Hydro) and monitoring housing-related expenses.
• Maintain a hands-on presence in the house to foster community, accountability, and a positive living environment.
