During my time as the assistant i learned various skills across multiple die cutters such as

• working with others to ensure proper set ups occurred
• how to organize the machine center to insure easy work flow for my operator
• insuring the next job was ready to be set up while we were running

As and aerator i was expected to learn on my feet and be quick with any changes that happened with the machines such as schedule changes or missing stock. During time as an aerator i also learned time management skills as i had to take care of multiple machines running and all needing different amount of stock per hour depending on type of stock being ran.
