Maintain multiple pools within the housing department. Perform water test for proper PH water balance to keep pool clean an sanitizes. Conduct chemical testing and adjusting treatment levels accordingly safely under guidelines when needed. Maintain all pool equipment. Perform backwash on filters during routine maintenance. Brush pool walls and floors to reduce algae and slime formation and prevent staining. Vacuum pool floor and clear skimmers from trash and debris. Power wash and clean pool deck routinely. And any additional duties assigned.

• Delegate work among staff
• Ordering and purchasing supplies and materials per job site
• Data entry of payroll for all staff.
