I am passionate about safety and customer service. I love consistently providing customers with above-and-beyond experiences. As a flight attendant, I interact with up to 800 people a day, and it makes my day if I can bring joy and connect with each of them, either with a smile, greeting, or an interaction.
As an Inflight Director at Flair, I have found that I am comfortable in a leadership position, and I take pride in guiding our newer Flight Attendants as they grow in their positions. I have learned from my past work experience that, to excel and elevate everyone's learning, a leader must be flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented at all times, while also ensuring that the crew fully understands the training and the importance of completing each step correctly. I have a very positive attitude, and I enjoy motivating and working with others to obtain the goals the company has set out for us.
