• Supervision of subcontractors on the site including health, safety & quality compliance. Perform risk assessments and method statements. Adhere to the companies Health & Safety Policy and Quality Management System.
• Representative of Joint Health and Safety Committee of Biogas plant. Coordinating inspections visit of Ministry of Environment, Parks Canada, Toronto Hydro and Toronto Fire Services.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during Operation. Carry out scheduled and breakdown maintenance of biogas plant components including mechanical, electrical and instrumentation failures on Biogas applications.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to project/operations manager with Data/trend log analysis and implementing solutions on site and remotely.
• Observe processes, take measurements and interpret data, report improvement suggestions and advice to management.
• Operation and maintenance of the plant including working with CHP Gas Engines, Anaerobic Digestion, Power Generation, Pumps, Pneumatic systems, VFDs, Motors and Motor Controls and general electrical equipment.
• Respond to alarm conditions, troubleshoot and repair systems, and restore operational capacity.
• Maintain administrative records including logbook, filing system for drawings, instruction books and manuals, spare parts inventory, Feedstock deliveries and record keeping of contractors work and invoices.

• Operate and monitor computerized control systems and related equipment in water filtration and treatment plants to regulate the treatment and distribution of water
• Establishing SOP and Maintenance plans for water treatment facilities
• Implementation and control of Chemical unloading, handling and storage procedures
• Monitor Read flow meters, gauges, and other recording instruments to measure water output and consumption levels, turbidity, pH and total dissolved solids
• Collect and test water samples for chemical content, analyze test results and instrument readings and adjust plant equipment and systems to ensure quality control
• Completing timely and accurate daily records of plant and pumping performance
• Conducting daily site inspection and maintaining logbook.

• Operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration system (compressors, blast freezers, cold storage) as per Technical Safety BC
• Implement and control GMP in production area including cleaning plans implementation
• Ensuring HACCP protocols are being followed for safety
• Performing maintenance, repair & replacement of various equipment, utilize CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) to record service & equipment information
• Operation and maintenance of high-pressure steam boiler.

• Provided expertise and support in planning, managing, and executing sizeable engineering projects for clients in heavy engineering and fabrication industry
• Responsible for review of drawings, site survey's and arranges approval for fabrication
• Responsible for site daily progress reporting to Project Manager and Client
• Coordinate with TPIA (Third party inspection agency) to arrange inspection visits
• Implementation of Technical Codes such as ASME (AMERICAN SOCIETY OF MECHNICAL ENGINEERS), API (AMERICAN PETROLEUM INSTITUTE) and IBR (INDIAN BOILER REGULATION)
• Extensive knowledge of various welding techniques, including TIG welding, oxyacetylene welding, and arc welding.
