  • Operationalized a server-driven component library used by businesses across Loblaw Digital. The component library provides a toolkit of re-usable components that enables business teams to get features to market faster.
  • Built the strategic roadmap & delivery of the e-comm platform Cart journey with server-driven components that can be used by businesses across Loblaw Digital (Joe Fresh, Shoppers Drug Mart and PC express)
  • Build roadmap for the mobile portfolio, own the backlog. Collaborate and partner with design, engineering and business teams to define the platform solution for the problem and translate them to detailed requirements and user stories for the platform mobile team to develop
  • Participate in collecting feedback from users and businesses to identify new problems that our platform can solve to drive the value and use analytics to make key product decisions

  • Launched TVO ILC’s online courses on cloud-based learning management system – Brightspace by D2L with a 7.9M budget
  • Integrated142 courses to the LMS with improved student-centered learning and more engaging course materials
  • Worked with the stakeholder, technology team and vendor to define the SLA for capacity management and user volume for the cloud platform
