- Nonpaid job
- We noticed that as a result of climate change, the water level of river Niger began to increase, leading to soil erosion in some places close to the river
- The school Sahel Academy was located near the river, thus we thought it wise to find a solution in order to prevent the cement block fence from collapsing
- The idea was to fill bags with sand and stack them along the fence to secure it
- This work needed to be done rapidly, hence students volunteered to help out, and I was part of the students who volunteered
- It took us a lot of hours to fill and stack the sandbags, but we were able to achieve this project

- For one of my courses during my first semester of college, my team and I had to manage and sell cameras and drones to the different continents, while competing with other companies
- I was in charge of the marketing strategies (product differentiation) which enabled my company to leave from 5th position to being the top three for 4 years in a row
- In real time, the top 3 would have won money, but due to the fact that this was an academic learning something, no money was given to the winners

- For the IA, I was required to conduct an experiment and write a report of 2,500 words for all my 6 courses; 4,000 words for EE, but for just one course of my choice
- I did my EE in Environmental Systems and Societies (ESS) and my topic was something along the lines of 'to what extent does x pollution affect the y (a nutrient) intake in z plants'
- It was really interesting research to carry out and with equipments that were new to me
