Projects

Study on Mechanical, microstructural and tribological properties of friction stir processed aluminum surface matrix composites, Conducted a study on Friction Stir Processing (FSP) for enhancing aluminum properties (Al6063) through localized plastic deformation. Utilized a hybrid combination of MgO and fly ash reinforcement particles. Investigated microstructural, mechanical, and tribological aspects. Grooved the base metal and subjected it to FSP. Achieved significant improvements in material properties. Demonstrated expertise in materials processing and composite development through successful alteration of the material with enhanced characteristics.
