• Designing of mobile platform and roll around fibre glass rolls holder, in shop floor for customized purposes.
• Preparing assembly drawings and making BOM for same.
• Preparing BOM for mould frames.
• Updating maintenance manuals for vacuum pump.
• Tools used: Solid Edge ST3, MS Word, MS Excel.

Description:

• Design calculation for Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) tank and pipes &fittings. I have worked in projects from sun Pharma, Aditya Birla, British Petroleum and Reliance.
• Cost estimation of (GFRP) tanks, pipes and chemical equipment. Designs are based on BS4994 and ASTM.
• Updating inquiry & job in hand list for reporting to top management.
