reconcile and make payments accordingly.
Job Profile: Income Entitlement Pre reconciliation:
• We are mainly responsible for pre reconciliation, payments, and post reconciliation of cash &interest events of income process.
• Complete reconciliation of pure cash events (cash dividends &bonds) received via Swifts from sub custodian.
• On Pre stage checking all details setup as per our source and sub custodian received Swifts are inline and in case of discrepancy reaching out to sub custodian immediately via mail / telephone and resolving it before the pay date for smooth pay flow.
• On Pay date making the payments as per the entitlement and settlements rules to the entitled clients on the basis of contractual / non contractual markets.
• Has been a part of post payable team, handling exceptions, ERMs and email queries and resolving them on timely manner.
• Resolving exceptions, working on stale and no narration report, updating REMs narration.
• Cash & Position Recon: Core duty is performing reconciliation between Investment manager and other custodians which is for different regions Chicago, London, NY etc
• Ensuring with the start of the day whether SWIFT MT950 & MT535 have been received for all custodians or not
• Carry out Cash & Position reconciliation of breaking positions at a fund level on a daily basis
• Working with onshore NB Middle office team and also coordinating with front and back-office team and also with different department of the Investment manager and custodian for complete resolution.
• EOD Reporting’s, Maintaining Age Break Trackers, Posting Checks and Cash Postings.

• Restructured the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
• Independently worked in two process Cash & Position.
• Meet all SLAs as per the client agreement.
