- weed eating/ removal of shrubs, weeds

- staging/ unstaging homes for sale

- working with agents on listings and following up with clients

- working with photographers for property shoots and social media

- helping people on/off the lift (slowing it down, stopping the lift)

- maintaining the on and off ramps

- opening and closing ( setting up, safety checks, taking equipment down)

-cutting and weed eating grass (manually and machine operated)

- moving heavy loads of dirt/gravel/wood with a tractor

-curbside clean up, gardening, servicing lawn mowers etc
