The project's objective was to empower clients in managing their online shopping finances through a virtual Visa debit card seamlessly linked to their checking or savings accounts. This innovative solution was further enhanced by incorporating features such as RBC Vantage reward points for everyday purchases, round-the-clock fraud control, and comprehensive zero liability protection for all transactions
Project ii : Online Banking, Enhancement of Interac e-Transfer for Business
The initiative was to focus on Interac e-Transfer for business class (eligible RBC express and Bulk payable clients). The payment transaction limit adds different options to send and receive money and offers real time data enriched payment capabilities to business banking clients which help them to save time, instantly send and receive funds, and gain critical payment information to simplify the reconciliation process (ISO 20022 standard).

Program : Enhancements within Mobile Banking - Digital
The focal point of this initiative revolved around advancing the RBC Mobile Banking application across both Android and iOS platforms. Collaboratively, the team embarked on crafting state-of-the-art features for mobile banking, resulting in the creation of RBC Mobile apps tailored for both iOS and Android. Noteworthy enhancements encompassed refining credit card functionality, optimizing the move money experience, integrating marketing tiles, streamlining alerts and notifications, offering practical tools and calculators, and introducing enlightening "Did You Know" features.

Project 2 – TSYS/ Data Migration
Transactions code which is coming from the TSYS application are not being monitored and parked in the RBIS databases, we have pulled the data out and mapped that with the derived transaction code(AWS Postgres cloud, to directly insert the transaction associated with the transaction code in the RBIS databases.

Mortgage Loan Calculator Enhancements Overview: The aim for this project was to make the Mortgage Calculator much easier for clients that are new to B2B Bank and who would like to get a basic understanding of how much mortgage they can afford. This enhancement had new updates that give more options to the clients, based on their preferences, to get a detailed mortgage idea.
Investment Loan Calculator Enhancements Overview: This project aimed to create multiple loan calculator enhancements for clients that are interested in Loans, RRSP loans, TFSA loans and other investment loans. Multiple loans could be calculated with this enhancement with much ease.
Savings Calculator Enhancements Overview: This project aimed to create a lot of saving opportunities for clients. Clients can just select how much they intend to save within which period of time and the calculator would help them set a benchmark that the client needs to achieve to save.

Project (i): Digital tool for Mortgage Reallocation
The bank is aiming to improve the digital experience for its current Mortgage customers by focusing on reallocating home line Plans. This involves creating separate Mortgage portions within existing home line Credit lines, making things more organized. Also, clients can renew their Mortgages early and merge the Mortgage parts into one, simplifying management. These changes aim to make handling Mortgages smoother, offering clients more flexibility and convenience in their financial dealings.
Project (ii): Remote account Opening tool for personal customers (Personal Banking)
The project aimed to make it easier for personal banking customers to open accounts without visiting a branch. This was done through an online tool allowing new clients to create profiles, verify their identity using a mobile app, choose accounts, sign documents via the app, and set up online banking and card PINs. The focus was on providing a simple and remote account opening experience, saving customers time and effort
Project (iii): Remote account Opening tool for Small Business Customers (Small Business Banking)
Designed specifically for small business clients, this tool streamlines the process of remotely opening accounts while ensuring full access to the accounts. The key features encompass creating a business profile (whether sole proprietor or incorporation), utilizing government-provided information for business details, setting basic transaction limits, inputting projected revenues, receiving a master client agreement via business email for digital signature, and ultimately getting an email invitation to set up online banking and PIN for the business client card. This tool simplifies and accelerates the account opening experience for small business clients while providing convenient and secure digital documentation and access.
Project(iv) Tools and Calculators : Wealth Management My Advisor tool
This was a financial planning tool created for customers to give them a clear picture of their financials which is tied up to the goal. It is like a budgeting tool that provides a path to the customers to achieve their financial goals.
