I have worked 2.5 years at Think Together learning to work with kids as young as 4 up to 11. I have planned many events for students as well as decorating classrooms. I have worked and communicated with parents in order to help create a better and more suited environment for them. I have volunteered to run the think stores we would do as well as being coach for our soccer for success Program. I have worked with TK-K for about 18 months facilitating lesson plans as well as caring for them on our field trips. Every Friday for the last month of school I would come an hour early and decorate the classroom a different theme to correlate to the even happening that day. For example one Friday we did circus theme so I put up streamers across the classroom and cooked the kids hot dogs and did face paint with them. I have also been lead program leader meaning i would take over the phone calls with parents and be in charge of the school if my superiors were not there that day. I have recently moved schools and was placed with 3-4th graders helping me develop more experience with the older kidsas well. When I was a float I would walk students out to guardians and help fill in for any classroom that was understaffed as well as working in side work to help Program Leaders in order to help them facilitate their groups.
