Summary

I am deeply passionate about working with children of all ages, and I am dedicated to creating a warm and nurturing environment that fosters optimal development. With extensive experience in caring for multiple children simultaneously, I have successfully operated my own home daycare since 2018. Throughout this time, I have honed my abilities in guiding playtime, leading exercise activities and imparting essential rules. I consider myself a creative planner, gifted and keeping children engaged with enjoyable activities.

Believing in the importance of a caring and supportive environment, I aim to build healthy and trusting relationships with children, parents, coworkers, and superiors alike. My organizational and planning skills have allowed me to create educational plans that promote play based learning while supporting overall development and teaching new skills.

Through hands-on experience, I have learned to lead with encouragement and kindness. I am confident that my diverse skills and qualities make me an invaluable asset and the ideal candidate for an education assistant position.
