Additional Information

I am a stay at home mother of three children, 14, 12 and 3. I have not worked in a very long time, that is why I took the pastry course. It was a hobby turned love for baking. I have been baking since I had my oldest child, birthday cakes, christmas, ect. I do not speak French, I do not write or understand written french either. It comes with some challenges not knowing French, but I am a good baker and a visual learner.
