Line Cook
My responsibilities was to serve the costumer with there food order make sure they had no allergies to anything and always have a clean space where the food goes. I had to make sure everything was always stocka dn we werent low on anything when the store empty i clean my area help with costumer being sanctified with there orders. When its was peak hour we had to stay in our palaces and make sure to run the line smooth and make sure our costumer left satisfied . In closing shift my job was to clean my space and make sure to empty left overs and make sure the manager waits the food to see what was served i would throw the food that needed to be throw out and put the food that was asked to but in fridge away. I clean and sanitize my work area and make sure fridge and material's was stock for the morning shift.
