JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain asset tracking systems and ensure data security policies are upheld for media files and confidential client content.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards in safety, environmental policy, and regulatory reporting across departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, logistics) to streamline workflows and reduce operational delays.
  • Prepare and track departmental budgets, analyzing cost-efficiency and identifying areas for operational improvement.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new hires, ensuring all operational tools, resources, and compliance trainings are in place.

  • Support the Director and Senior Level executives by providing secretarial and administrative support in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, including front office, security, transportation, invoicing, office supplies, general office expenses, courier / postal services and personnel welfare.
