For Manufacturing business having average annual revenue of USD 25 M, my responsibilities were Contract Management, Inventory Control, Optimizing Revenue growth, Credit & Collection and Budgeting, Periodic closing tasks, Analysis & reporting of Revenue, Working Capital and Cash Flow and Handling various audits. I was actively working with Sales and Execution team in fixing strategies to achieve top line and to review risks and opportunities involved.

• Cost Accounting Leader Project and Engineering business having average annual revenue of USD 70 M. My responsibilities were Cost Accounting, Budgeting and Fixing Overhead Recovery Rates.
• Commercial Manager for Refinery expansion project awarded from Government Customer on Lump Sum Turn Key (LSTK) basis and for Engineering Projects (having average annual revenue of USD 35 M) awarded from Group Companies on Milestone, Progress, Lump-sum and Man-hour basis. My responsibilities were Contract Management, Achieving Revenue Targets and Credit & Collection.
• Project Control Manager with responsibilities of Preparation of Budgeted and Actual Cost Sheet, Working Capital & Cash Flow, Cost Monitoring, Variance Analysis and Workload & Capacity Planning. I have developed program for preparation of Planned and Actual Project Cost Sheet, Working Capital & Cash Flow and successfully delivered the output.
• Financial Accounting Manager with responsibilities of preparation of Financial Statements as per local GAAP and for handling Statutory and Internal Audit (did this for 5 full cycles). I have prepared and presented Budget for the year 2009, 2010 and 2011. I have developed program for preparation of Financial Statements and for preparation of Budget. Under the guidance of CFO, I have prepared Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Finance & Accounts department.

Handled business of USD 100 M Projects in less than 3 years with overall responsibilities of Commercial and Project Control. Periodic Closing, Driving Revenue, Profitability, Working Capital and Cash Flow growth and Providing analysis on key Financials for decision making and internal audit at Project sites.
