• Obtain confined space permit at the start of the shift as a prerequisite for opening the confined space
• Monitor confined space conditions, including air quality and environmental factors, ensuring safety protocols and regulations.
• Watch for workers inside the confined space and respond to any emergency and notify rescuers and control room.
• Audit all personnel entering confined space and equipped with necessary PPE and functional safety devices such as gas monitors and fall protection.
• Preventing unauthorized entry and ensuring adherence to all safety guidelines and safe work permits.
