Throughput Mode: Provided recommendations on achieving additional throughput with existing equipment. Ran pipeline systems at maximum allowable pressure and optimized the use of DRA based on product type and corrected it based on density, pressure, and temperature, etc.
Energy/Power Optimization Mode: Provided recommendations on reducing power utilization, such as turning on/off intermediate pump stations and reducing PCV throttling to achieve more pressure at downstream stations.

• Collaborated with team of 10 to design a new refinery with a capacity
• Worked on Vessel sizing, nozzle sizing, control valve sizing, pump hydraulics and line hydraulics for the entire project
• Designed different condensate and steam lines using Hysis simulation results
• Prepared Equipment datasheet, Line list, Utility summary, Instrument process datasheet, and P&ID preparation.

• Prepared datasheets, P&ID & line list to issue to the client

• Performed pump hydraulics for all units in proposal
• Prepared pump summary, VFR, interface register, TQ, and datasheets
