My interest in business and Marketing prompted me to work and be in a workplace in duration of my gap year. Shortly after my graduation , I was hired as an advertisement counselor by Farazkavian company. My role in farazkavian Company was to advertise all the product that we sell and also consult with the costumer in order to purchase the best product that is suitable for them. My other responsibilities include ensuring correct storage of information in databases, responding to data queries from client, managing and retrieving data and finalizing them for final consumption by customers. In addition, I obtained additional training in CRM system and Excel.

Through my internship I also learned how:

• Analyze problems and work with teams to develop solutions.
• Sort and organize files, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Participate in workshops and presentations related to projects to gain knowledge.
• Interact with customers by phone, email, or in-person to provide information.
• Complete research, compile data, update spreadsheets, and produce timely reports.
• Generate reports detailing findings and recommendations.
• Collect, arrange, and input information into database system.
