· Support for daily operation and production of Calcium Chloride/magnesium

· Carry out routine predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance on various instrument devices

· Closing work orders and manpower filling daily through SAP

· Experience in different types of MOVs (Biffi, Rorork and flowserve)

· Remove and replace defective parts, install and commission measuring Instruments

· Repairing and servicing to ensure that all instrumentation is efficient and in good working condition in accordance with the standard maintenance procedure.

· PM and Loop calibration of transmitter, I/P converter, positioner and control valve, combination of instruments in a DCS system loops.

• Commissioning and startup services of FIELDBUS and HART instrument devices.

· Witnessing/Checking the BPCS loop testing, SIS Loop checking, loop test validation and SIS Validation of the EPC & Contractor.

· Reviews EPC Datasheet, P&IDs, ILD, DCS/ESD/PLC wiring diagram and vendor diagram before handover to client

· Check the BPCS loop testing, SIS Loop checking, loop test validation and SIS Validation of the EPC & Contractor.

· With experience in commissioning, carry-out function test, SIT of newly installed instrument as per plan.
