• worked in the specialty of anesthetic and recovery over two years
• prepare anesthetic room with ventilators, infusion pumps, disposables for cannulation and intubation , equipments and medication for anesthetic induction.
• participate in the briefing session and make note of specific needs for anesthesia
• receive the client from the pre - operative unit, check in for surgery and perform therapeutic communication strategies
• identifying the client by following safe surgery protocols and WHO guidelines
• transport the checked in patient to the anesthetic room
• prepare and perform the Sign in according to WHO protocol
• perform continuous monitoring of vital signs
• perform I V cannulation and connect maintenance fluids
• assist the anesthetist for intubation
• assist in arterial line and central line insertion
• assist in regional ,general, spinal , epidural and local anesthesia
• assist in LP , oral,nasal and nasopharyngeal intubation and tracheostomy.
• assist the anesthetist in the operating room with monitoring , administration of medications , blood transfusion, lab investigation
• prepare and assist for extubation
• perform safe transfer of client to recovery room
• continuous monitoring of vitals , level of consciousness , surgical wound care, pain management and administration of medications
• once recovery condition satisfied , safe transfer of client to post operative unit.
• perform re stocking the anesthetic room for next procedure
• Conducted ongoing monitoring and evaluations of behaviors and conditions, and updated clinical supervisors with current information.

• assessment of patient by observation, interview, measurement and physical examination and inform changes to physician
• operate dialysis machines, priming dialyzer and blood lines, cannulation accesses and managing dialysis equipment.
• record vitals before each dialysis and inbetween the session and communicate any causes or concern to the physician
• educate the clients and family about dialysis procedure and its outcomes, signs and symptoms to be aware when in home
• secure blood work and determine through tests if dialysis treatment has been successful
• ascertain the vascular access care is carried out according to established procedures by constantly monitoring and following aseptic technique
• perform blood transfusion and administration of medication as per physician order
• assist the physician in central line and dialysis line insertion procedures
• perform hemodialysis, CVVHD, CVVHDF, CVVH, isolated ultra filtration and plasma exchange
• Reported findings to quality departments after conducting routine restraint audits and worked with team to devise corrective actions for deficiencies.
• Documented treatments delivered, medications and IVs administered, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
