Delivery Manager
- Partner with executive stakeholders and client leadership to align delivery strategy with business objectives, ensuring successful execution across multiple engagements and accounts.
- Oversee organizational structures of ~100 engineers, driving professional growth, performance excellence, engagement, and team wellbeing across distributed locations.
- Manage several client accounts simultaneously, owning relationship management, delivery governance, business development support, KPI achievement, and financial performance.
- Own financial outcomes including revenue growth, gross margin optimization, utilization, and headcount scaling aligned with company targets in key delivery regions.
Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle: scope definition, roadmap planning, execution oversight, release governance, and risk management across complex programs. - Direct cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, BA, DevOps) while mentoring team leads and enabling scalable leadership structures.
- Drive internal and external hiring initiatives: sourcing top talent, participating in interviews, negotiating offers, supporting staffing strategy, and ensuring strong onboarding outcomes.
- Manage country-wide internship programs, including hiring, development frameworks, mentoring structures, and conversion negotiations to full-time roles.
- Contribute to company-wide process evolution, operational culture, and strategic initiatives aimed at improving delivery maturity and organizational effectiveness.
- Introduce and optimize internal processes, reporting frameworks, and governance practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and transparency.
- Facilitate adoption of AI tools and intelligent agents across teams by leading workshops, internal presentations, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance engineering productivity.
- Oversee incident management, escalation handling, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain delivery stability and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong team culture through mentorship, structured feedback, and leadership support during high-pressure delivery phases.
