• Assess work assignments, installations and services provided by dispatch. Maintain communication with Dispatcher and Supervisor in regards to solution provided to subscribers.

• Install and test equipment's at subscriber's premises including internet modems, phone modems, High Definition and Standard TV boxes.

• Install, remove, maintain and repair aerial and underground telephone and other telecommunication transmission lines.

• Connect, disconnect and relocate cable outlets, install splitters, amplifiers etc.

• Inspect and test telecommunication transmission lines and cables for transmission characteristic's and to locate faults.

• Install, remove, maintain and repair aerial drops and other telecommunication transmission lines to provide excellent services to subscribers.

• Inspect, monitor, test and adjust cable transmission and distribution systems.

• Install internet/telephone modems and software to enable internet/telephone access at subscriber's premises • Diagnose and solve all technical problems related to Cable services, High Speed Internet, Home Phone in accordance with company specification and standards to satisfaction of subscriber's.

• Splice and repair various types and sizes of telephone and other telecommunication cables including single line and coaxial.

• Complete all assigned work orders, projects, documentation within time frame according to established parameters and standards of the company.

• Completed full building and grounds patrols to spot and investigate concerns.
• Assisted visitors and customers to provide directions, answer questions and meet requests.
• Verified each individual's right to enter restricted areas and denied access to unauthorized persons.
• Improved overall safety by enforcing company policies and regulations among employees and visitors alike.
• Managed crowd control during special events, ensuring guests'' safety while minimizing disruptions.
