• Piping and structural fabrication installation & testing
• Responsible for Execution of all activities related to piping fabrication, installation and testing (NDT, hydro test) are completed in respect of HSE, method, working practices, quality and timely execution of the works.
• Fabrication and erection of various classes of piping materials like CS, SS, Alloy Steel, GRE and utility services with respect to Isometric, GAD and P& IDs.
• Diameter, profile & ovality checks.
• Review weld consumables TCs & ensure proper welding consumable are used.
• Successfully handled the entire project inspection.
• Organized for IMIR Clearance.
• Preparations of Bill of Material (BOM) and reviews shop sketches for accuracy.
• Carry out material inspection for Pipes, Fittings, Valves, Gaskets and Review of manufacture test certificates according to the contract specifications.
• Manpower & Resources planning and mobilization.
• Supervision, distribution and management of manpower.
• Preparation of plan for piping spool fabrication and erection as per priority and according to the schedule of project.
• Supervise the direct and sub-contractor personnel to ensure that work practices and installation meet required quality standards and HSE performance.
• Preparation of daily progress report and time sheets, and detailing the work progress, number of contractor personnel and equipment available on site and other related items for tracking man hours and progress.
• Preparing progress reports of Daily, weekly, monthly and report to Superintendent.
• Issuing the Drawings to the subcontractors as per the priority and as per the schedule and maintain file record of issued drawings and revisions and evaluates drawing revisions.
• Insure the availability and sufficient inventory of materials and supply items.
• Supervising /Conducting Tool Box Talks /Task briefing to work force.
• Attending Weekly and monthly review meetings with Contractor and clients to ensure Sub-Contractors work is in strict accordance with the construction schedule and compliance of safety at all stages of the project.
• Attends weekly departmental meetings and adopts company health, safety, environmental and quality programs and ensure implementation.
• Following up and ensure the pipe supports fabrication and installation as per the specification.
• Preparation of Hydro test packs as per P& ID and conducting the hydro tests.
• Inspecting of Test Loops as per P&ID, GAD, Line List, and Preparing of Construction punch list for pre-commissioning.

• Responsible for execution of the assigned Piping jobs in shutdown or Turnaround.
• Detailed study of Shutdown package and equipment drawings and raising material request and follow-up with Material department.
• Preparation of Manpower and machinery requirement for each job.
• Planning and execution of pre-shutdown activities like originating the permits, HSE documents, fabrication, scaffolding and excavation. Co-ordinating with client in preparing the blind list and preparing the material requests for flanges, gaskets and fasteners.
• Ensuring the line isolation and flushing or purging before starting the main activity.
• Arrange all kind of permits for Daily activities during shutdown & Submitting Daily Progress Report to Shutdown Manager.
• Monitoring Day-to-Day shutdown activities as per work Plan.
• Co-ordination with quality department and completing all NDT and PWHT activities.
• Co-ordination with Client maintenance and operations team.
• Conducting the hydro tests as per the requirements.
• Boxing up the lines and equipment's as per the procedure.
• Assist the planning department in Post shutdown activities.
