- This is a client facing POD lead role for GW PC/CC implementation project and the customer is Zurich Insurance, Canada
- This role supports a suite to 2 applications in (PolicyCenter & ClaimCenter) for Commercial Auto line of business (7 Products) planned to go live in Dec 2024 as part of this T&M engagement.
- I am currently serving as the Functional Delivery Leader for the Policy & Claims POD in the GW implementation. As part of my role, I am leading the Pre-Inception & Inception phases for the implementation of PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter. This includes conducting the inception workshop with the customer to create the Pre-Inception and Inception artifacts, as well as being responsible for delivering the final outcomes of these phases.
- In addition, I collaborate with my Business PO to define the product backlog, document user stories, and obtain final sign-off from the business during the N-1 & N-2 sprint requirements walkthrough meeting. Furthermore, I am involved in preparing the Conceptual Sprint Plans in collaboration with the technical architect and program manager.
- One of my key responsibilities is to ensure the successful delivery of the overall implementation. I also focus on developing a strong client relationship within the account. As a mentor to my account team, I work closely with delivery leadership to provide developmental feedback on the project.
- Furthermore, I actively contribute to RFPs, RFIs, POVs, and other Guidewire Practice level initiatives. Additionally, I take on the role of mentoring new joiner BAs in the practice.

- This is was a client facing functional lead INOW implementation project for a US based Insurance customer
- This role supports a suite to 2 applications in (Policy & Claims) for MA Auto line of business planned to go live in September 2023 followed by State roll outs and 3 other major lines later in 2023 Q4 and 2024 as part of this T&M engagement.
- I served as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing both their business and technical needs. As the GW INow SME for the client, I assist the technical team and provide support throughout the entire project development life cycle.
- My responsibilities included planning and implementing Guidewire PC & CC integration, coordinating delivery with offshore and onshore teams in India and the USA, and facilitating daily stand-ups and status calls with the client and both onshore and offshore teams.
- Additionally, I took the lead in conducting requirements workshops for Policy & Claims for Auto Lob, as well as PI Planning sessions and backlog grooming exercises with the Product Owner and business SME.
- I was responsible for defining the product backlog, documenting user stories, and obtaining final sign-off from the business during N-1 & N-2 sprint requirements walkthrough meetings. Furthermore, I facilitate product demos to the customer at the end of each sprint and actively participate in E2E UAT to ensure the delivery of high-quality requirements.
- I effectively managed change requests, defects, and scope changes with the product base team to incorporate them into client releases.
- Proactively managed issues, risks, mitigation plans, and scope changes is also part of my role. Lastly, I oversight a team of approximately 5-8 onsite and offshore resources who report directly to me.
