• Proficiency in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Established therapeutic relationships with clients through verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Familiarity with care planning processes, including assessment of resident needs, goal setting, and implementation of care plans.
• Experience in monitoring vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
