THIS is Arnold, 37years old !a new immigrant. Working and living in Canada has always been a dream when I was young. When i set foot on this land, especially when i come to the city of Calgary. I like it very much and try to adapt to everything here. I have a family in an international marriage, the wife is a nurse and we have a boy.
Looking back on the past life, it is full of fantasy. I have experienced a lot of ups and downs, but also shaped my self-confidence, optimism, cheerful, kind personality. There is no perfect life, only by constantly changing yourself, becoming better and more valuable, can this trip to the earth be worthwhile.
This is a new beginning, so I have to challenge myself. If I continue my career in the previous industry, I will also study hard and improve my own deficiencies. If I were to work in a new industry, I would try to adapt, learn, and, in practice, improve my skills.
I need a job and be happy at work, in a team.
This is a Chinese restaurant I opened in Poltava, Ukraine. From site selection, decoration, recruitment, and opening, I am responsible for everything. Business is still very good, but it is also very hard. Later, when the epidemic came, I didn't have enough funds to sustain it, so I closed down the business. It's a pity, but it's also a wise choice. There is no need to fertilize and water a dead tree.
In 2008, the global financial crisis, China's economy is not optimistic. Of course, opportunity is always in crisis. I raised some money to open my first coffee shop next to the university. After that, another two were opened one after another. In the coffee industry, I thought my original skills should be excellent. In managing my own coffee shop, training my own staff, teaching coffee skills, and judging coffee competitions later, those years should be the happiest in my life. Host different guests and listen to the stories they share. During those years, I met and made foreign friends from all over the world. This also contributed to my desire to see the outside world, so that I finally left my home country for love. Of course, I believe that this is all fate.
Bank counter staff, later promoted to account manager.
This is my first job after graduation in 2007. After 5 selections, the position obtained. The work in the bank is very ordinary, and I am not behind in the skill assessment. The prospect of this job is not very exciting to me. So, I finally chose to leave. Because I am young, I have to try many different things and gain special life experience.
