• Produced comprehensive control system documents, including process and instrument drawings, loop diagrams, SAMA instrument functional diagrams, instrument indexes, and specification sheets.

• Used PCB Solid works, Altium, and AutoCAD Electrical to design a PCB board and build a power supply.
• Used AutoCAD to design control panel enclosure and internal electronics.

• Experimented with function blocks to simulate a heat exchanger.
• Designed, troubleshooted, and operated control modules.
• Used Delta V Operate to create an HMI to control a heat exchanger system.
HEAT EXCHANGER PROJECT ON DELTA V
• Designed the PID control strategies to control the water flow through a heat
exchanger and control the temperature of the hot water output from the heat
exchanger.
• Created a tieback module to allow simulation of the control strategy.
• Created a graphics display that allows operator control of the two regulatory systems based on specified operating specifications.
LIQUID-VAPOUR HEAT EXCHANGER TEMPERATURE CONTROL PROJECT
• Used HMI’s to experiment with a heat exchanger.
• Performed PI and PID tuning of the temperature loop and comparative analysis.
• Experimented with cascade and feedforward control tuning and comparative analysis.
• Commissioned a heat exchanger, executed star-ups and tested safety shutdowns of the heat exchanger, a water valve audit & flow tuning.
