In my role as a Pharmacy Associate at CVS Pharmacy, I was in charge of giving customers outstanding customer care at the pharmacy register and helping them get their prescriptions precisely and promptly. Prescriptions were arranged and categorized by me to make sure they were in the appropriate rows and to keep the system accessible and effective. I also made sure that the right shelves had the prescriptions and replenished them. Along with answering any questions from customers and resolving problems involving prescription drugs and other pharmacy supplies, I also assisted the team with a variety of operational duties to help guarantee a productive and easy workflow.
