Receive customer communications via phone/email and provide first contact resolution
● Responds to various and routine emergency situations
● Dispatching of complaints, suggestions, compliments and inquiries to the appropriate personnel
● Supplying incident information to supervisory personnel and TTC management for reporting and logging purposes
● Monitoring TTC policies, programs, events, etc. that may impact communications and compiling associated data to identify significant issues and/or trending
● Diffuse escalated incidents with callers utilizing empathy and analytical skills
● Letters of acknowledgement are prepared with the information obtained from the investigations responding to customers' concerns.
● Contact customers to notify them regarding investigation results, respond to inquiries or any adjustments in the services
● Responsible for treating passengers and/or employees with respect and dignity and ensuring the needs of passengers or employees with disabilities are accommodated and/or addressed
