• Placing underground pipes and cables for Saskenergy, Sasktel, Access Communication.
• Main and service lines.

• Reading blueprints, marking drill shots.
• Organizing the whole job, inventory, paperwork.
• Maintaining equipment, fix minor mechanical issues.

Duties: in charge of several subcontracts with

Polus Telecommunications, Midwest Underground.

I had 2 independent crews with 3 workers each and their job was focused on Sasktel's new fiber optics underground line placement.

At the same time I was a drill locator in charge of running mainline bore crews, hydro vacs and laborers for each company mentioned above.

Also managed daily operations, logistics, safety, quality, PR, inventory.

• Duties: in charge of 38 workers including dig crews, hv trucks, drilling crews (mainland and services), cable and restoration crews.
• Also calling in locates, office management, dealing with costumers, Sasktel and Power reps.

• Conducted routine inspections to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Performed troubleshooting and diagnosis on malfunctioning equipment.
• Install new wire strand, squirrel guards, multiports and lash new fiber optics cables, flex naps.
• Organizing jobs, paperwork and inventory.
