I am a growth driven strategic marketing, sales and digital initiatives executive with over 22+ years of experience launching first-to-market banking products for both Retail and Wealth segments, as well as technology products catering to the global B2B market. Having an in depth understanding of data analytics, economic conditions, market trends, customer behaviors and the ever-changing world of digital banking. I spearheaded end to end launches of over 15+ industry disrupting products (i.e., Credit card in collaboration with Tim Hortons, multi-currency prepaid credit card etc.), 30+ unique services and offers, for both sides of the business, to drive record breaking revenue growth, gain market share and net new client acquisition growth YoY. Under my leadership, credit cards and insurance market share ranking moved from 4th to 1st spot across all banks in Canada, lending portfolio grew by 130% and deposit and long-term investment portfolios grew over 500% representing growth on both sides of the balance sheet. I have spearheaded end-to-end product development and implemented strategies to consistently exceed all financial and non-financial targets while managing the P & L, risk appetite and cross jurisdictional regulatory compliance and legal requirements.
