Coordinator - Child Sector

• Supervised a workforce of 25 team members.

• Personnel: Child of 8 to 9 years, on the intelectual disability wih autism spectrum disorder, attachments disorder, and oppositional defiant disorder
• The child stays at my house for several days of the week, within this time i am to to take care of all her needs, Including: Managing episodes of disorganization, while creating interventions in order to stabilize her emotions so that she would be capable at living a daily life
• Managing hygiene
• Animating activities to occupy the child on a daily basis (outside activities, as well as creating and implementing learning and developmental games)
• Follow sessions with a psych educator and implemented given exercises
• Create a schedule from wake to sleep in order to create stability and so that there is a higher function within the child.
