- Tracking Critical Path closely from the day order generated to till delivery to make sure in time deliveries.
- Work with Sourcing team on vendor selection based on product categories & strength.

- Map and streamline product calendar.
- PO process, WIP Order/Production management from raising POs to delivery.
- Build sustainable and effective vendor relationships.
- Coordinating with vendors regarding submissions Lab-dips, Strike-Offs, trims/accessories for approval.
- Follow up product/styles wise test report submission by vendors as per product manual.
- Monitor samples development, follow with vendors fit, pre-production & production samples submissions on time.
- Interface on all technical and production issues. Manage the technical function as required by critical path.
- Ensuring sourcing solutions are optimized as best possible for both the business and trade partners internationally.
- Work closely and support the Sourcing Director with day to day needs.
- Work alongside Sales, Marketing and Design team to make sure all Kips are met.
- Bring feedback, ideas, and information forward to elevate merchandise and operational efforts.
- Ensuring company margin is maintained.
- Update database with prices & developing detailed spreadsheets.
- Devising a contract for the suppliers including quality control, accuracy, and flexibility.
- Liaise with Logistics and Monitor shipment.
