Responsibilities:

• Supervision and closely monitor site activities, conduct inspections of structural and architectural works and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely and proactive manner
• Review and approval of Method of Statements, Material submittals, payment applications and mockups
• Reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements
• Reporting any works carried out by contractor to identify non-compliance with approved drawings and specifications and reporting to stakeholders for appropriate action
• Maintaining records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required
• Preparing surveillance reports for deficiencies of work found at site and non conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events
• Conducting weekly contractor meeting and preparing meeting minutes for client

Responsibilities:

• Monitor site work progress, construction activities, and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project schedules, approved drawings, and specifications
• Prepare, review, and submit Area-QCR, MIR, and WIR (structural and architectural) with approved drawings, MEP clearances, and quality checklists
• Implement and enforce Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures in accordance with project quality plans, codes, and standards
• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals to ensure quality requirements and compliance
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finishing works including painting, tiling, marble, joinery, ironmongery, ceilings, and POD completion
• Carry out snagging, de-snagging, final inspections, Client PQA (EMAAR) approvals, and Customer Handover (CHO) activities
• Utilize e-Snag App and ACONEX for daily inspections, NCR issuance and closure, SOR management, subcontractor pre-qualification, and document control
• Identify, document, and report non-conformances (NCRs), root causes, and corrective/preventive actions to stakeholders
• Coordinate with QA/QC Manager, consultants, and site teams for inspections, approvals, audits, and quality reporting.
