• Designed, implemented and handed off a manufacturing line creating gear sets for plaid drive units
• Created template for developing manual stations, improving on existing system with reducing memory usage by 50% and communications usage by 60%
• Deployed automated zone to replace manual assembly of battery pack manufacturing, reducing headcount by 156 giving a $9.9M cost savings and 4.8 month ROI

• Integrated new hardware for automated calibration sequences, resulting in ~$2M yearly savings
• Reduced cycle time by 27% through programming new operating sequences on PLCs
• Developed clean and concise GUIs using Ignition and Python scripting

• Implemented pulse oximetry and bio-impedance sensors into peripheral devices to create product demos
• Designed and fabricated biosensor testing apparatus using SolidWorks, 3D printing, CNC and laser cutting
• Developed a sensor fabrication and testing system to measure and optimize the performance of biosensors
